This website is hosted by [hosting provider name and address]. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us, including: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. Where a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, Art. 28 GDPR) is required, one has been concluded with the hosting provider.

This transfer takes place when you choose to book, on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Data may be transferred to the USA; Calendly relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. For details, see Calendly's privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy.
